Woman Refuses to Wash Her Husband’s Clothes: Find Out Why

52views

A mother from the USA confesses on TikTok that she only does her own laundry and that of her children. Her partner has to take care of his own clothes.

Abby is a mother and is causing a stir on TikTok with her unusual approach to housework. In a video, she announces that she only takes care of her own laundry and that of her children, but not that of her husband.

For Abby, it is important to share the housework equally with her partner so as not to fall into the role of mother. “I don’t want him touching my laundry or trying to fold it,” Abby explains on TikTok.

TikTok users agree with Abby

The influencer describes herself as a feminist. “As women, we get into relationships so often that it’s second nature to do the housework for our husband or boyfriend, and then it’s just expected of us.”

In the comments, Abby’s response was overwhelmingly supportive and full of great advice! One woman wrote, “I don’t do my partner’s laundry, it’s not my job,” while another commented, “Don’t start with that! Once you start, you’ll never stop.” Another user had an additional suggestion: “When the children are old enough (around 10 to 12 years old), she should do her own laundry.”

Ruelle was a “trad-wife”, now she is divorced and bitterly regrets it

Ruelle (49), on the other hand, had opted for a life as a “trad-wife”, a full-time housewife and mother. Trad wives (short for traditional wife) are women who choose to be a full-time housewife, concentrate on bringing up their children and leave the role of main breadwinner to their husband.

Today, Ruelle regrets her choice and uses TikTok to warn young women of the dangers. She is now divorced and has major financial problems.
