She says that she always uses this mixture to clean her house and that, as well as cleaning, it leaves the floor shiny and smelling great! Check out the ingredients in this mixture:
Ingredients
- 200 ml room temperature water
- 50 ml disinfectant
- 2 heaped tablespoons of detergent
- 1 tablespoon of peroba oil
How to prepare
There’s no secret, just add all the ingredients – water, disinfectant, detergent and peroba oil – to a suitable container. You can use an empty detergent bottle or a spray bottle you have at home and apply it directly to the floor. Then just mop and watch your floor shine!
Is hot water better than cold water?

Hot water to clean the floor can be used either as a finishing touch, after you have finished cleaning to leave the floor clean and smelling fresh, or during the entire cleaning. The main point of the trick is to do what you usually do, but with hot water instead of room temperature water.
Just mix the hot water with a little disinfectant and gently wipe the floor. You can use other products, but this is the basis of cleaning – and it works! The hot water will make the disinfectant “stronger” both in terms of smell and results, and the molecules of grease and dirt will come off more easily.
