400 g chicken fillets

black ground pepper – to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
spice mix – to taste
3 cloves of garlic
butter – for frying
Others:
olive oil – for frying
6 potatoes
1 onion
150 g bacon
salt – to taste
herb spice mix – to taste
black ground pepper – to taste
1 tomato
100 g cheese – for sprinkling
Salad:
1 salad cucumber
1/2 red sweet pepper
5-6 cherry tomatoes
fresh parsley
100 g green olives
Salad dressing:
juice of 1/2 orange
a little olive oil
black ground pepper – to taste/
How to proceed:
1. Cut the chicken into strips. Cut the chicken into strips and put them in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then add soy sauce, spice mix and garlic. Mix well.
2. Fry the potatoes in olive oil, then add the onions and bacon. Season with salt, herbs and pepper. Fry until golden.3. Then transfer the fried ingredients to a baking dish and spread them out nicely.
4. Fry the seasoned chicken strips in butter until brown. Spread them over the potatoes in the baking dish.
5. Arrange the tomato slices and sprinkle with cheese.6. Bake until cheese is melted.
7. Salad: Mix the cucumber, sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes and olives in a salad bowl.
8. Salad dressing: Mix the juice of half an orange with olive oil and black pepper.
9. Pour the resulting dressing over the vegetables in the bowl – mix well and the salad is ready!
