Are you going to a party and would you like to contribute something? Then you’ve come to the right place! Today, we’re going to make a delicious cream cake with cookies and chocolate icing. The photo recipe and video instructions that we’ve attached make it really easy to prepare this treat!

Cream cake with biscuits and chocolate icing

What we’ll need:

  • 200 g BEBE biscuits
  • 150 ml of brewed coffee
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g crystal sugar
  • bag of vanilla pudding
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 150 g softened butter
  • 50 g coffee

How to proceed:

1. Soak the biscuits in the coffee.

2. Prepare a mould and place the soaked biscuits on the bottom of the mould.

3. Mix the eggs, sugar, pudding, 100 ml of milk. Mix thoroughly.

4. Start boiling the milk on a low flame. Add our pudding mixture to the milk. Keep stirring.

5. Once we take our custard off the heat, let it rest for 30 minutes. Then add the butter and work it in thoroughly.

6. Now add the whipped cream. Again, work in thoroughly.

7. Divide the resulting cream into 3 parts.

8. Add coffee to one part.

9. Now let’s start folding our bun. Spread the first part of the cream on the BEBE biscuits. Smooth it thoroughly.

10. Layer the BEBE biscuits on top of the cream.

11. Spread the coffee cream on the cookies.

12. Followed by BEBE biscuits again.

13. Finally, spread the last part of our cream on the cookies. Then place our buns in the fridge for an hour.

14. Finally, just top our dessert with melted chocolate and you’re done!
