What we’ll need:
Dough:

100 g softened butter
90 g sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
salt – to taste
1 egg
100 g kefir or white yoghurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
20 g cocoa
180 g flour

How to proceed:

1. Dough. Next, crack the eggs into the bowl and pour in the kefir or white yogurt – stir. Then stir in the baking powder, cocoa powder and gradually add the flour in 2 stages. Stir until smooth and transfer the resulting dough into a decorating bag.

2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and use a decorating bag to shape the biscuits nicely side by side with gaps in between.
