Unbaked dessert with cocoa biscuits, nuts and condensed milk

What you’ll need:

  • Butter 160 g
  • Cocoa biscuits 250 g
  • Cocoa rice flakes 100 g
  • White chocolate 200 g
  • Dark chocolate 250 g
  • Almond flakes 150 g
  • Walnuts 200 g
  • Pecans 200 g
  • Sweetened condensed milk 500 ml

How to proceed:

1. Line a square tin (28 cm) with baking paper. Melt the butter and then pour it into the tin.

2. Then just add the crumbled biscuits and level them out evenly.

3. Next, add the flakes and make sure they’re all aligned.

4. Break up the white chocolate into small pieces and put them in the mould.

5. Then just add the almond flakes to the baking tray. Make sure you spread it out evenly.

6. Next, finely chop the dark chocolate and add it to the pan.

7. Next, finely chop the nuts.

8. Then just add them to the mould. All done.

9. Next, pour the condensed milk over everything and spread it evenly.

10. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 °C.

11. Once it’s cooled down, pop it in the fridge overnight. Cut into portions.

12. You can also store it in the freezer for a longer shelf life. Serve chilled.
