A great recipe for cheese pancakes:
What we will need:
- 3 eggs
- medium sized tomato
- 100 ml of milk
- 55 g of plain flour
- salt, pepper
- onion, dill, parsley
- slices of cheese
How we proceed:
1. Start by whisking the eggs, salt and milk in a bowl.
2. Add the tomato chunks, finely chopped herbs and mix thoroughly.
3. Finally, add the flour and mix again.
4. Then start spreading the batter on the pan with hot oil.
5. Add a slice of cheese and cover with the other half.
6. Fry like this for a while.
