Ingredients
For 4 servings:
300g broccoli
1 Green onion
1 garlic clove
100g oatmeal
60g finely grated cheese
2 Eggs
to taste Salt pepper

Bring a pan of water to the boil and add enough salt. Boil the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes, then remove and cool in ice water.

Chop the cooled broccoli florets very finely.

Coarsely chop the oat flakes in a blender. Wash and finely chop the green onions. Press the garlic into the garlic.

Mix the broccoli, chopped oat flakes, green onion, garlic and cheese in a bowl. Add the eggs and knead everything into a smooth mixture.

Add more egg if necessary or a little more water if the mixture is too dry.

Season with salt and pepper and let the mixture stand for a few minutes to allow the oats to swell.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Form about 10 nuggets from the mixture and place them on the prepared baking tray.
