54views

Have you noticed that your cucumber leaves are turning yellow? Don’t fret! There’s a good chance that it’s just a case of root rot. It can be tempting to think that pests are to blame, but in most cases, it’s simply a sign that the plant needs a little help. Root rot can be a sneaky disease, and it can cause the leaves to die and wither very quickly. In the worst case, it can even kill the plant. But don’t worry, there are ways to keep your cucumber bush healthy and happy! As any gardener knows, it’s best to avoid using chemicals when the fruit is ripening. So, let’s get to work and see if we can’t help our poor, yellow-leaved friend!

How to Handle Yellowing Cucumber Leaves

First, pick the fruit and remove the leaves damaged by root rot. Cucumbers cannot be watered at this time. Then spread mulch under the plantings.
