However, several studies also indicate that excessive caffeine consumption can have side effects on the human body, so it is recommended to be prudent in the consumption of cups of coffee.
The consumption of coffee on a daily basis could reduce the risk of having diseases in the brain.
In this sense, one should not exceed 5 cups of coffee per day, so that the body is not subjected to high doses of caffeine that, in many occasions, it is not able to process.
However, experts recommend not to exceed caffeine consumption.
